NebulaSynth LTD is a software development company based in Mombasa, Kenya. We build and integrate the systems that businesses, NGOs, contractors, and individuals rely on day to day: websites, e-commerce platforms, payment integrations, AI powered tools, and the reporting and operations software that connects them.
Our work is remote delivered by design. Clients we work with are not limited to Kenya or East Africa; the same processes we use locally apply to clients anywhere in the world, and project communication, delivery, and support are built around that from the start.
What we do

- AI training and integration. Connecting AI models and automation into existing business workflows, from customer facing tools to internal reporting.
- Systems integration. Linking operations, payments, invoicing, and reporting so they share one source of truth instead of manual duplication.
- Ongoing support. Maintaining and extending the systems we build as a client's needs change.
How we work
We favour working software over long documents: a short discovery conversation, a clear proposal, then delivery in stages a client can see and test along the way. Trials are available for our own platform so a prospective client can see how their own storefront or service would run before committing to a paid plan.
