Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our services to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Send unsolicited bulk email or spam.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users.
• Infringe someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Process payments for illegal goods or services through any integration we provide.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written agreement.

A trial account is intended to demonstrate the platform to a genuine prospective client. Creating multiple trial accounts to extend free access, or to test payment integrations with no intention of converting to a paid plan, is not permitted.

If your use of our platform involves collecting data from your own customers, such as through a storefront we host for you, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect that data and for your own privacy disclosures to those customers.

We may suspend or terminate access to any account found to be in breach of this policy, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach. Where suspicious payment activity is involved, we may also report it to the relevant payment provider or authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
