What services does NebulaSynth offer?
NebulaSynth builds custom websites and e-commerce platforms, integrates AI models into existing business workflows, connects payment systems such as M-Pesa and Pesapal, and builds the operations and reporting software that ties these together.
How much does a project cost?
Pricing depends on scope. Website and e-commerce builds, AI integration work, and ongoing support are quoted individually after a short discovery conversation, so the price reflects the actual work involved rather than a fixed package.
How does the free trial work?
A trial gives access to a working storefront or service dashboard for a limited period, with sandbox payment processing so nothing is charged for real. Converting to a paid plan is a deliberate step, not an automatic charge when the trial ends.
What payment methods are accepted?
M-Pesa is used for Kenyan clients and customers. Pesapal is used for card payments, including Visa and Mastercard, for clients outside Kenya.
How long does a typical project take?
Small integrations can take a few days; a full website or e-commerce build typically takes a few weeks depending on scope. A specific timeline is agreed as part of the project proposal before work starts.
Do you offer support after a project is delivered?
Yes. Ongoing maintenance and support arrangements are available and are agreed separately from the initial build, so a client can choose the level of support that matches how the software is used day to day.
Can NebulaSynth work with clients outside Kenya?
